Job Description: As a Head Massage Therapist at Imperial Retreat, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional head massage therapies designed to provide relaxation and rejuvenation. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that each guest receives a transformative and memorable spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of head massage techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of guests including facial pressure points etc.
Conduct thorough guest consultations to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance relaxation and wellness.
Maintain accurate and detailed guest records.
Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting treatment area, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Educate guests on the benefits of head massage and recommend appropriate home care products and practices.
Collaborate with other spa professionals to deliver a seamless and holistic spa experience.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development and activities to stay current with industry trends and techniques.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and a calming presence.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Massage experience is not required but preferred.
