Job Description: As an RMT at Imperial Retreat, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of our guests. You will work in a luxurious, supportive environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a top-tier spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and other therapeutic techniques and modalities.
Conduct thorough guest consultations to understand their individual needs and health conditions.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Maintain detailed and accurate guest records.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment areas.
Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate home care products and techniques.
Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance the overall guest experience.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

CMTO Registered
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and a calming presence.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
