As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality eyelash extension services while ensuring an exceptional experience for each client. Your role will also involve promoting additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Perform professional eyelash extension applications, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area.
Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services through continuous education.
Requirements

Ideally, proven 5+ years experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role within the beauty industry (will consider other applicants too)
Strong knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and products.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Certification or license in eyelash extension application is preferred but not mandatory.
