Summary

We are seeking a dedicated & experiended Medical Aesthetician with Great Marketing skills to join our Medaspa team at our long established and reputable Medical & Aesthetic centre in Milton. This role is vital in delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting our services within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional aesthetic treatments including Microneedling, Facials, Chemical peels Laser & more.
• Conduct winning skincare consultations, outlining recommended treatment plans with the ability and skill to close and upsell.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences.
• Assist with retail sales and product demonstrations to promote our offerings.
• Manage front desk duties efficiently, including scheduling and client inquiries.
• Support marketing efforts through client engagement and promotional activities.
• Uphold the company’s commitment to quality care and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum One year Aesthetic & Marketing experience
Proven experience in aesthetic treatments such as Facial, Microneedling, Chemical Peel, laser and more.
Ability to conduct successful skincare consults and upsell
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent Marketing & social media skills
Ability to maintain sanitation standards diligently.
Experience in retail sales or marketing is a plus.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for beauty and healthcare.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Prior experience in a medical or spa environment is preferred.
