As a Manicurist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and body waxing, while also engaging in retail sales and upselling products to enhance the customer experience.
Duties
* Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel and nail art .
* Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area and tools used.
* Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their needs.
* Maintain a high standard of hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and provide recommendations for nail care.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within job site.
* Provide a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the Metroosnap brand.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
* Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and body waxing procedures.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients positively.
* Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
* A valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
* Strong sanitation practices and client-service skills.
* Ability to travel across Toronto.
