Responsibilities:

– Perform a variety of advanced skincare procedures, including IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), chemical peels, radiofrequency (RF) treatments, and assist with injectable procedures under the supervision of a licensed medical professional.
– Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and answer skincare questions.
– Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a relaxing and positive experience for every client.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment environment.
– Develop and curate engaging social media content to promote our services and educate clients about skincare.
– Participate in marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and client acquisition.

Qualifications:

– Diploma or certificate in Medical Esthetics from an accredited program.
– Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa or clinical setting.
– Strong knowledge of advanced skincare procedures, including IPL, chemical peels, and radiofrequency.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to ongoing learning.
– Experience with social media and marketing a plus.
