Responsibilities

The Aesthetician is responsible for helping clients with treatments.
Provide consultations with clients on the best treatment options for them.
They are responsible for skin care treatments, laser treatments and care of the clients.
The ability to maintain product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, as well as retail products.
Welcome clients to the treatment room, accompany them to and from the rooms, and thank them sincerely upon leaving.
Assuring that chemicals are used appropriately, and that equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in compliance with aesthetic policies.
Qualifications

Ability to interact effectively with others
Maintains a strong record of attendance and punctuality
At least 5 years experience in working as an aesthetician
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks without guidance
At least 2 years experience in using different types of laser machines
Licenses or certificates are preferred, but are not required for aestheticians
Knowledge and experience with different types of facials and laser treatments

Salary Range

$22-25 / Hour
