Job Position: Clinical Associate

Job Type: Part-Time (30-40 hours/biweekly)

**Full Time opportunities available.

Must be available: Afternoons & Evenings, 2 Weekends per month (Saturday/Sunday)

Salary: $17.00/hour

Reporting directly to the Manager and Clinical Director, the incumbent in this position will be responsible for the following:

Primary

-Clinic technician – perform clinical treatments, perform assessments on patients prior to them seeing the Physician

-Assist Physician treatments – scrub-in/out to assist Physician while he performs treatments

-Educate and encourage patients to proceed with treatments and products recommended for them

-Greeting clients and maintaining lounge area

-General upkeep of office and kitchen

-Must be able to work 12+ hour shifts as needed

Secondary

-General Office Duties – Invoicing/receiving payments, filing/management of patient charts, scheduling appointments, answering and returning calls, perform retention calls as needed, stock up

Qualifications

-Previous experience in the hospitality or a customer service based industry

-Excellent customer service, verbal and communication skills

-Proven applied multitasking abilities

-Able to work in a fast-paced team environment, follow direction, and to work independently
