Part/Full-time Nail Technician

beauty et al. is a new and up and coming salon. We are looking to expand our team to meet customer demand.

We’re looking for talented nail technicians that to perform a variety of gel nail services including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, overlays, extensions, etc.

A successful candidate is able to maintain a clean workspace, a sanitary environment for guests, and be up to date on all the latest nail trends. Customer service skills are a necessity.

Schedule/Availability:

Up to 20 hours per week. Evening and weekend flexibility. (part-time)

37.5 hours per week. Evening and weekend flexibility. (full-time)

Requirements:

• Ability to apply gel polish or hardgel enhancements in a timely manner with professionalism
• Experience with nail art & designs (preferred)
• Ability to communicate and explain salon offerings including but not limited services and products
• Customer Service experience: 1 year
• Nail Technician Experience: 6-12 months

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and presentable work space
• Maintaining and sanitizing tools and surfaces
• Greeting and welcoming clients
• Ensuring inventory is well-kept and up to date
• Be up to date on latest nail trends

Nail technicians at beauty et al. average total compensation of $25-$30/hour.
