Medical Aesthetician

Enriched Med Spa is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for all of our clients and all their medical aesthetic needs. Our team is growing and we’re looking for a Medical Aesthetician that values and exhibits empathy, transparency, and passion when partnering with our clients to help them reach their unique goals.

Your Impact:

• Partner with clients to understand their concerns and needs to create customized treatment plans and achieve their desired goals
• Perform a wide variety of the following treatments with expertise and confidence: OxyGeneo, dermaplaning, microneedling, other customized facials, laser hair removal, IPL, body contouring
• Educate our clients on skin care products and treatment knowledge with authenticity and their best interest in mind
• Actively create content, post, and drive engagement to our Instagram page and other social media platforms
• Assist with daily operations such as client administration, updating inventory, and cleaning and sanitization of the clinic

What You Bring to the Team:

• A Medical Aesthetics Diploma
• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a medical spa/skin clinic performing both skin and body treatments is an asset
• Familiarity/experience with the following is an asset: InMode technologies, Vivier, PCA Skin, EltaMD, OxyGeneo, Casmara
• Well developed professionalism to consistently create a positive experience for every client
• A sense of ownership for your own professional development, setting long term goals and taking opportunities in order to reach them
• A love for learning, continuous curiosity, and always researching to expand your expertise
• A team player mindset, always taking initiative and going above and beyond to ensure success of the whole team
• Candor and honesty, understanding the value of sharing both positive and constructive feedback
