Summary:

The Spa at GBH is looking for full-time and part-time, permanent, Aestheticians.

The Spa at GBH: Our ability to bring relaxation from a healing space with quality treatments begins with our team! Our goal is to relax and restore physical and mental health and enhance overall well-being, for our guests and family of staff alike. Opportunity, quality, support, and well-being set our foundations and are the pillars of success for our team. Our spa team focuses on providing high quality, professional services to GBH guests in our recently renovated on-site Spa, including manicures and pedicures, facials and relaxation massages.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform spa services such as facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and more
• Welcome guests as they arrive to The Spa at GBH
• Book, adjust and/or cancel client appointments
• Team player and eager to learn
• Respond to all internal and external inquiries by phone and/or e-mail
• Calculate charges and receive payments for all guests
• Maintain a pleasant working relationship with all associates and guests
• Promote a safe working environment, playing an active role in reducing hazards and accidents
• Other related duties as assigned

Education & Requirements

• Qualified aesthetician and previous spa experience is required
• Additional courses/certifications including reflexology, reiki, cupping, Indian head massage, etc., are considered an asset
• Positive and professional attitude with a passion for providing exceptional guest experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour + commissions, tips, and regular incentive programs
