Go Place is looking for an esthetician that can connect with anyone, excels at giving skin treatments, can easily create loyal relationships, and loves being a cheerleader on a team. This is a place where technicians come to learn, be inspired and network, and customers come to purchase product and network as well. We are looking for someone who can thrive in this environment to build their business, finding new clients while retaining existing loyal clients, and giving every consumer the best experience. You will be a master of comprehensive esthetician, curious about new treatments and ultimately growing our productivity

What you will do

The ultimate goal of this role is to provide outstanding skin treatments to clients. You will be responsible for the productivity of the treatment room, increasing your client base while maintaining your loyal clients.
You will help our store reach our goal in growth by retailing after service.
We want to ensure that we are providing the best experience for our clients
About you:

You love to connect with people. You are driven by your clients satisfaction, always wanting to give them the best treatment and it is natural instinct to follow up with them.
You have a positive attitude and are always looking to help out. You have a sunny, welcoming, and outgoing personality and have the innate response to always help out teammates.
You are curious. You want to know about everything about the skin and all kind of products. You are up to date with all new innovations, treatments, procedures in the industry.
You have a high level of initiative. You don’t wait to be asked, you see an opportunity to better the business and you do something about it. You are able to foresee what needs to be done and execute on it without much guidance.
You are adaptable. When things change last minute, you are able to roll with the punches and keep everything moving.
You are bilingual. Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus.
