DESCRIPTION: – Positions Available: Waxologists, Threaders + Laserologists – Full and part time positions available – Compensation: hourly pay + service commission + merchandise commission + very high tips (averages approximately $30 per hour)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: – Hair removal for both Men + Women – Performing superior services – Product sales – Building a clientele – Weekly one on one results meeting with your Manager – Maintaining a clean and organized work space
REQUIREMENTS: – Esthetics Certificate – Able to communicate effectively – Exceptional customer service skills – Be a team player – Have a passion for waxing – Able to work with others in a fun, fast-paced environment – Can work flexible days and hours including some evenings and weekends
