We are a medical spa and wellness clinic located in Oakville, and we are currently looking for aestheticians to add to our team! We are looking for someone well versed in different treatments, including but not limited to: facials, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing or threading, body treatments, etc. We are also looking for someone reliable, punctual, customer-service oriented, and passionate about this profession.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides individualized skin and facial services and treatments that meet the clients’ needs and expectations
- Educates clients on the services and treatments offered
- Discusses options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client
- Maintains the clinic’s appearance and cleanliness
- Serves as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens
- Promotes all services and treatments
- Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
- Maintaining the clinic waiting area, rooms and patient flow
- Willingness to help out in/with medical reception (booking clients and answering telephone)
- Computer proficiency (experience with CRM, Jane EMR is preferred)
Position Requirements:
- Medical Aesthetician Diploma from a recognized college or institution with top grades (90% plus)
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
