Esthetician

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Promote spa services and products to clients using exceptional communications and sales skills.
 Provide aesthetic services including manicures, pedicures, facials, chemical peels, waxing
(particularly Brazilian waxing), body treatments including relaxation massage, lash lifts & tint and
make up application.
 Must be able to perform services in a timely manner according to protocols ensuring consistency
and proper hygiene and sanitation practices are always followed.
 Contribute to and strive to achieve our objective of creating and offering a seamless,
“extraordinary” experience for every guest
 Courteously interact and answer all services related questions by clients.
 Maintain inventory and stock all products necessary to perform aesthetics services.
 Participate in educational trainings & seminars with product suppliers.
 Ensure that the spa, work areas and equipment’s are disinfected & sanitized after each use.
 Always ensure client satisfaction.
 Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to existing clients.
Individual Qualities:
 Must be calm; polite & have a keen desire to serve clients and succeed
 Must have exceptionally amazing communication skills and excellent product knowledge
 Must be a qualified candidate with a diploma from a recognized institution Must possess excellent
organizational skills
 Must be a team player, reliable and must have a mature attitude towards work
 Must be able to handle customer situations under pressure
 Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, weekdays, Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
