Experienced Medical Aesthetician at Physician-Led Medical Aesthetics Clinic

New Creation MediCosmetic Centre is a physician-led medical aesthetics clinic. We are
seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. As our
lead Medical Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality aesthetic
treatments and exceptional patient care. Your expertise in the latest medical aesthetic
techniques and your commitment to delivering personalized treatment plans will be
instrumental in helping our patients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Comprehensive Consultations: Perform thorough patient consultations to
understand individual needs and aesthetic goals. Assess the patient’s skin condition,
medical history, and suitability for various treatments.
2. Perform Aesthetic Treatments: Administer a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic
procedures, including laser treatments and other skin-rejuvenation techniques.
3. Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans based
on individual patient needs and goals. Recommend appropriate treatment options
and educate patients on expected outcomes and aftercare instructions.
4. Maintain Treatment Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all
treatments performed, including pre- and post-treatment photographs, treatment
details, and patient progress notes.
5. Uphold Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure
the well-being of patients during procedures. Monitor patient responses and
manage any potential complications that may arise during or after treatments.
6. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of medical
aesthetics, skincare advancements, and the latest technologies to provide
cutting-edge treatments and maintain the clinic’s reputation as a leader in the field.
7. Assist with Clinic Operations: Collaborate with the clinic’s medical team, including
physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals, to enhance patient outcomes
and overall clinic efficiency.
8. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients. Answer patient
inquiries, address concerns, and provide post-treatment follow-up support as
needed.
9. Maintain Cleanliness and Sterility: Ensure all equipment, treatment rooms, and
workspaces are sanitized and maintained according to clinic standards.

Requirements:
1. Education and Certification: Possess a valid license or certification as a Medical
Aesthetician. Graduation from an accredited aesthetician program is required.
2. Experience: Minimum of  1 year of experience as a Medical
Aesthetician, preferably in a physician-led clinic or medical spa setting.
3. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in a wide range of medical aesthetic treatments,
skincare products, and technologies. Excellent understanding of skin anatomy,
conditions, and contraindications for treatments.
4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively
interact with patients, colleagues, and other members of the healthcare team.
5. Customer Focus: Demonstrated dedication to delivering exceptional patient care
and achieving outstanding patient satisfaction.
6. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
in all patient interactions.
7. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks
simultaneously, and adapt to evolving clinic needs and priorities.
8. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure a
