From RD Medical Spa to naturopathic medicine and chiropractic care, RD Psychotherapy offers a multidisciplinary treatment team of regulated, healthcare practitioners in-person or remotely when possible. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

All staff must maintain an understanding and observance of practice standard operating procedures. Aside from the clinical competencies, the candidate selected must be able to effectively work collaboratively in this team environment. With challenging opportunities and space for career growth, RD Medical Spa puts a priority on building team cohesion to meet our strategic goals.

Applicants must be certified to practice this service. Knowledge of skin varieties, conditions and basic treatments is important. Medical dermatology setting or full-service medical spa experience with a wide variety of client populations is an asset. Skillsets should include:

Microdermabrasion
Diolaze (Laser Hair Removal)
Dermaplaning
Ablative and Non-Ablative Treatments
Facials

Applicants must also be able to sell and upsell services and products to clients and potential clients. The willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate client and clinic needs is also important.

Aesthetician/Esthetician Certificate is required.  A criminal background check will be mandatory. Acquiring liability insurance will also be necessary.

POSITION

The Medical Esthetician/Aesthetician is an independent contract position available for part-time or full-time hours with base pay and tips. Presently, the RD MEDICAL SPA operates in-person on Mondays and Tuesdays from 11:00am until 19:00pm and Fridays from 9:00am until 17:00. We are also open ONE Saturday of every month from 10:00am to 14:00pm. However, additional hours are available upon increasing demands from clients.
