Because of this, we’re looking for a talented esthetician at our Toronto-Summerhill location who will provide an exceptional nail/esthetics experience for each of our guests while upholding our strong team values and standard of excellence.

Our company is seeking an esthetic expert to provide our customers with the highest quality service. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional who is able to focus on customers, manage time efficiently and perform at a high level. The nail technician/beauty expert will be responsible for providing nail and skin care treatments for our customers and keeping detailed logs of each visit.

provide outstanding nail/esthetic services according to guest needs: once you take on a guest, they are yours to impress. you’ll do this by owning your role; from our mani/pedi, famous brazillians, waxing, laser hair removal, facial and a variety of different skin treatments.
you’ll first connect with your clients to make sure they’re comfortable and informed about the services they’ll be receiving. you execute these flawlessly within our brand standards and in a timely way that keeps our operations moving.

amaze and retain our guests: as part of your expert nail or esthetic service, you’ll also create a lively atmosphere to leave guests feeling like a ten. building a strong relationship with our guests means facilitating great conversations, knowing who wants you to be quiet and who wants to chat. you’re always happy to share your expert knowledge when you come in for every shift with a positive, upbeat attitude. this building of relationships is important to continuously have regulars in your books.

proactively make sales through education and relationships: because you’re a pro at building trust with guests, they appreciate when you recommend products that they can benefit from. in order to do this, you’ll understand each product, how they work and their pricing. as a metric of success, not only will you identify opportunities to upsell products and services without being pushy, but you’ll plant seeds for rebooking future appointments.
