we’re looking for talented esthetician to join us at our toronto + hamilton beauty bars!

what you’ll do:

provide outstanding esthetic services according to guest needs; once you take on a guest, they are yours to impress. our services include nails, waxing, facials, and laser hair removal!
amaze and retain our guests; as the expert on all things esthetics, you’re always happy to share your expert knowledge when you come in with a positive, upbeat attitude.
contribute to our #clinicallyclean standards and team success; we take cleanliness extremely seriously and so do you. you take pride and care in not just your clients’ experience, but happily help out whenever you see something that needs to be done.

who you are:

you have a certification for esthetics; we do require our esthetic experts to have a diploma / certificate in nails, waxing, and facials in order to be able to perform them for our guests!
you’re emotionally intelligent; your dynamic character allows you to work with different types of personalities and read the room to gauge the tone of any guest. you’re able to make them feel at ease and welcomed whether that’s through engaging conversation or comfortable silence.
you appreciate honest feedback; we’re big on candid and open communication because it allows us all to be comfortable voicing our needs and accepting helpful feedback.
you love to celebrate everyone’s successes; you appreciate a strong team culture and are equally excited about your coworkers’ success as much as your own.
you are in it together; flexibility with scheduling is important for us – evenings / weekends are a must! (you will also be the most booked during these time slots!)
