DESCRIPTION:
• Positions Available: Waxologists, Threaders + Laserologists
• Full and part time positions available
• Compensation: hourly pay + service commission + merchandise commission + very high tips (averages approximately $30 per hour)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Hair removal for both Men + Women
• Performing superior services
• Product sales
• Building a clientele
• Weekly one on one results meeting with your Manager
• Maintaining a clean and organized work space
REQUIREMENTS:
• Esthetics Certificate
• Able to communicate effectively
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Be a team player
• Have a passion for waxing
• Able to work with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Can work flexible days and hours including some evenings and weekends
